Paul leads the technology, contracts, quality and facilities teams. She has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and execution in roles that spanned consulting in life sciences to credit analysis in healthcare and public finance. Prior to joining Southern Research, she worked at S&P Global Ratings in New York, where she led the company’s first strategic initiative program to execute large scale cross-functional initiatives that transformed the organization’s workflow, publishing and data capabilities. She also served as head of rating operations where she created a new vision and strategy to elevate their global team, overhauling company-wide regulated processes and instilling a talent-first culture. Paul earned a master’s in business administration from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University.
