The Chairperson called the meeting to order. The Chairperson asked the committee to
review the agenda. A motion was made to approve. A second was made and by voice vote
the agenda was approved. - Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
- 09 April 2026 – A motion was made to approve. A second was made, and by voice
vote the minutes were approved.

- BSO Notes/OSP Reportable Incidents Report –
o Dengue training has been developed and assigned in Veeva.
o New alternate members will be added to the committee as follows: РRikki Gard, alternate laboratory expert РAmanda Haley, alternate chairperson and admin reviewer РChuck H̩bert, alternate community member РHeather Stout, alternate veterinary care representative РBrooke Warren, alternate laboratory expert
o Trainings have been developed or updated. – Investigator training for anyone submitting or assisting with writing a
BPR – Committee member training for all members
